Essay question for the Ragster Award 2024

 “Leadership in Action- Stepping up through CTE”

Tell us about a time when you stepped up as a leader in a CTE context.

This essay has two components, first you will have to write an essay as usual, and secondly, for this year, you must support your essay with a VIDEO TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE ESSAY

your video should be you visibly talking about your essay content in detail. The finalist will be contacted for a live interview via TEAMS to answer questions from the BOARD.
